The Role:
The Delivery Manager will use their in-depth knowledge in project and programme management to deliver medium and large sized IT programs on the Departments SAP platforms. They will provide expert delivery management advice on delivery management work on these platforms. They will be required to work closely with key third party suppliers to ensure the provision of a robust infrastructure capability to the business and will consult with architecture and other areas when required to ensure the security of the day-to-day technical operations. The Delivery Manager will operate with a significant degree of independence and will work under the broad guidance of a section Director to deliver quality outcomes. They operate with a high level of autonomy, with decision-making highly dependent on their own judgement.
Skills and Experience Required:
• Must have a minimum 5 years' experience in delivery management in complex IT environments.
• Must have experience in SAP products including CRM, PSCD, ERP, S/4HANA.
• Delivery management experience with a large government agency.
Location and Term: This role is Canberra based. 12 month contract with possible extension option pending budget and delegate approval.
Security Requirements: Applicants must be Australian Citizens. A baseline security clearance is required for this role.
