The Role:
The Department require the following experienced positions, including;
These positions will be responsible for managing and resolving complex technical incidents and problems within the ICT environment, as well as providing technical advice.
The ideal candidates will have experience with both on premises and cloud technology and will work across teams with other technicians in network, storage, platforms, backups or unified communications. Having skills or experience across these areas will be highly advantageous.
The successful candidates will also have a range of generalist skills, and will be able to work collaboratively with business, other system owners and administrators to progress technology initiatives.
Skills and Experience Required: Senior Business Analyst/Senior Systems Analyst
Location and Contract Term: This role is a Canberra based. Contract till June 2025 with extension options pending budget and delegate approval.
Security Requirements: Applicants must be Australian Citizens. NV1 Clearance is highly desirable. Minimum baseline clearance is required with the ability to gain and maintain NV1 Clearance is required

- Network & infrastructure experience
- Transition experience including change management activities
- Strong stakeholder engagement
- Business process design
- System specifications
- Information architecture
