Mandatory Requirements:
- RG-146 Certified (all modules)
- 5+ years’ experience in complex financial advice remediation programs, with at least 2 years in a Quality Assurance role
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills with a customer service orientation
- Prior supervisory experience with teams of around 10 FTEs
- Ability to coach and mentor staff at all levels on quality and performance issues
- Project management and/or resource tracking experience
Key Responsibilities
- Upskill as trainers and conduct training and upskill squads
- Oversee and manage complaint workflow and squad resourcing
- Track and report on all key KPIs
- Escalate all key decisions / methodology related matters to Delivery Lead
- Key point of contact for stakeholders and Delivery Lead
- Identify opportunities to refine assessment and compensation calculation methodologies and work collaboratively with project management to implement
- Provide coaching
- Act as a point of escalation
- Work collaboratively with Squad Lead and Project Workforce Management on resourcing workflow and performance issues
- Manage project governance and work product delivery.
