We are seeking a Test & Evaluation Manager to work as part of the the blended workforce in the Engineering Management team. The Test & Evaluation Manager is responsible for maintaining the systems and processes that control the conduct of test & evaluation activities. The Test & Evaluation Manager is responsible to the SO1 Engineering & Support services for the quality of the T&E processes in Engineering Management System.

About the role
We are seeking a Test & Evaluation Manager to work as part of the the blended workforce in the Engineering Management team. The Test & Evaluation Manager is responsible for maintaining the systems and processes that control the conduct of test & evaluation activities. The Test & Evaluation Manager is responsible to the SO1 Engineering & Support services for the quality of the T&E processes in Engineering Management System.
Role Responsibilities
- Develop and complete the Client Test and Evaluation Strategy (TES)
- Liaise with LTEA in preparation for an “LTEA Accountable Unit” audit, and maintain status
- Ensure Test & Evaluation (T&E) environments are ready for testing
- Liaise with Client Engineering, ICT Security, Configuration, and Change Management as required
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and independent reviews of Test & Evaluation practices within the Client
- Plan and coordinate the full scope of the Client’s Test & Evaluation activities within the constraints of the agreed architecture and design policy to meet Land requirements
- Develop, maintain, and review Client Test & Evaluation Management processes and associated procedures for managing, coordinating, developing, and supporting the Client’s T&E activities and related exercises.
