Our Large Federal Government client has a requirement for a Threat Analyst to develop custom intelligence products for the department. This includes development of products that directly compare the departments capability with the capabilities of potential adversaries. These products will support the presentations to the committees at the strategic level.
The analytical area which will be covered will include land domain radio, datalink and electronic warfare systems and their impact on capability. You will work within a team and be outcomes focused.
Skills and Knowledge:
Contract terms: 10 months (30 June 2023).
Extension options: Option to extend by up to one additional year ending no later than 30 Jun 2024 pending funds availability and the ongoing requirements.
SFIA security level required: The Specified Person will be expected to demonstrate attributes of SFIA Level of Responsibility 3.
Security Requirements: Current Top-Secret Positive Vetting (TSPV) security clearance is strongly preferred, however candidates who have held a TSPV in the previous 12-month period (which has since been downgraded) may be considered.

Skills and Knowledge:
- Technical analysis skills and report writing.
- Excellent Interpersonal skills and must be able to work within a domestic and international inter-agency environment.
- Meet report / product deadlines ranging from short to medium time frames.
- Experience / knowledge of brigade and divisional operations in the Land environment
- Develop tailored intelligence product focused on regional and global weapons systems and provide comparison to current and prospective capability.
- Contribute to short-notice threat statements and comparison briefs for the decision making forums.
- Develop capability assessment intelligence products which enable key messages regarding threat to be delivered with brevity, clarity and insight.
- Work in a collaborative manner with staff team to cover threats to capabilities.
