About the role:
The Watson.ai/Watsonx Specialist will assist with the configuration and technical verification of Watsonx.ai and Watsonx Assistant components. This role involves provisioning, integration, documentation, and post-handover support across a non-production environment.

About the role:
The Watson.ai/Watsonx Specialist will assist with the configuration and technical verification of Watsonx.ai and Watsonx Assistant components. This role involves provisioning, integration, documentation, and post-handover support across a non-production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct provision planning, pre-requisite checking, and hardening-policy workshops, including up to ten pages of documentation on the provisioning approach.
- Collaborate with the client to provision RedHat OCP 4.16 on the HCI Appliance (non-production cluster), including Fusion Storage operators and image-management services.
- Provision RedHat OpenShift AI (OAI) 2.9 on the Fusion HCI appliance.
- Provision IBM Software Hub (ISH), Watsonx.ai, Watsonx.governance, Watsonx Discovery, and Watsonx Assistant into Development and Test namespaces in the non-production OCP cluster.
- Configure platform connections and storage volumes for Watsonx.ai and Watsonx.governance.
- Integrate Active Directory (LDAP) with Watsonx services.
- Provide up to 10 days of assistance with infrastructure design, operational procedures documentation, and security/penetration testing.
- Deliver one day of operational skills handover for the provisioned environment.
- Offer up to 15 days of post-handover on-site consulting for CPD software health checks, updates, and performance maintenance.
Technical Skills:
- In-depth experience in the design and implementation of Watsonx.ai, Watsonx.governance, Watsonx Discovery, and Watsonx Assistant.
- Expertise in provisioning and configuring RedHat OCP and OpenShift AI.
- Experience with Active Directory integration and security-hardening policies.
- Strong documentation and operational handover capabilities.
- Australian citizen.
- Canberra-based preferred.
- Baseline/NV1 clearance.
