About the role:
Our client is looking for an experienced release manager to manage the governance and implementation of significant changes being implemented in production across 30+ applications.
The successful should have proven Banking experience and can start as soon as possible.

The Executive Assistant (EA) plays a pivotal role in providing high-level administrative and strategic support to senior executives, enabling them to operate efficiently and effectively. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Located in Melbourne, this role offers a hybrid working arrangement.

The successful candidate:
- Calendar Management: Confidently manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings across multiple time zones, prioritising appointments, and ensuring efficient use of time for senior leaders. Ability to anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve them is essential.
- Travel and Expense Management: Coordinate comprehensive travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and ground transport, in line with company policies and budgets. Prepare and reconcile expense claims accurately and promptly, ensuring compliance with relevant procedures.
- Leadership Team (LT) Meeting Support: Review and organise meeting notes and action items for leadership team meetings. Ensure follow-ups are tracked and completed, and provide clear, concise summaries to support strategic discussions and decision-making.
