We are seeking an HR and Operations Coordinator to join our client's team. The role involves managing executive schedules, appointments, and deadlines, ensuring the smooth functioning of the office, and supporting executives effectively.

Key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Managing executive schedules, appointments, and follow up on tasks and deadlines.
- Office Administration - stocking and managing office supplies, ensuring the office functions smoothly, and handling receipts for accountants
- Designing and ordering company merchandise
- Releasing and updating HR policies, seek expert assistance when needed, and administering HR processes.
- Acting as the WHS representative, conducting regular meetings, and maintaining compliance with WHS regulations
- Helping design and implement processes to support company growth.
The ideal candidate will possess the following key traits:
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and deadlines efficiently.
- Attention to Detail – ensuring accuracy in tasks such as tracking receipts, updating policies, and maintaining compliance
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and handling a variety of tasks.
- Effective in both written and verbal communication, essential for coordinating with executives, staff, and external parties
- Have the ability to identify issues and implement solutions independently, especially in process improvement and office management
- Proficient in office software and quick to learn new tools and technologies
