Our client is seeking a seasoned Maximo Application Suite (MAS) Project Manager with over 10 years of experience in enterprise asset management (EAM) implementations.
The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end MAS projects, ensuring the successful delivery of Maximo Application Suite solutions across diverse industries. You will work closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to manage timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables.

About the role
Our client is seeking a seasoned Maximo Application Suite (MAS) Project Manager with over 10 years of experience in enterprise asset management (EAM) implementations.
The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end MAS projects, ensuring the successful delivery of Maximo Application Suite solutions across diverse industries. You will work closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to manage timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables.

- PM Experience with PM tools such as MS Project, Monday.com
- Implementation projects with Maximo Application Suite, Maximo Mobile,
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle implementation and upgrade projects for Maximo Application Suite (MAS), including EAM, Monitor, Health, Predict, Mobile, and related modules.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors.
- Oversee requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, training, and deployment.
- Identify project risks, create mitigation strategies, and manage change control processes.
- Ensure compliance with industry best practices, security standards, and MAS architectural principles.
- Facilitate project status meetings, executive reporting, and steering committee presentations.
- Support post-go-live stabilisation (hypercare) and transition to support teams.
- Mentor junior project managers or team members on MAS best practices and delivery methodology.
- Manage third-party integrations with MAS (e.g., ERP, GIS, IoT, SCADA).
- 10+ years of overall experience in Maximo project management with at least 2+ years managing Maximo Application Suite Implementation projects.
- Proven expertise in managing Maximo Application Suite (v9.x) implementation with Project team size 40+
- Strong knowledge of asset management processes with focus on Water & Electricity and other utilities as preference, oil & gas, manufacturing, transportation, or facilities management.
- Solid understanding of cloud deployments (MAS on Red Hat OpenShift / MAS SaaS).
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, team leadership, and vendor management skills.
- The contract period is 6 months, with extension options.
