Role Overview:

Leads Salesforce projects: design, architecture, implementation, and evaluation.
Expertise: Salesforce solutions and platform.
Facilitate discussions: with clients and internal teams.
Implementation methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Waterfall.
Understand client’s business needs: offer solutions leveraging Salesforce platforms.
Tender responses: RFI/RFP/RFQ.

Skills and Experience:

Salesforce Cloud: Sales, Service, Experience, Public, Vlocity, FSL.
Clear communication: simplify complex problems and solutions.
Team management: build and foster a team-oriented environment.
Excellent communication: written, oral, storytelling, presentation.
Leadership capabilities: work as a team member.
5+ years experience: in Salesforce cloud implementations.
Implementation roadmap design: technical proposals, RFIs, RFPs.
High-level architecture design: based on business requirements.
Software development fundamentals: data structures, OOP, relational database design, design patterns.
Experience: data modelling, integration, web services, security/sharing, web development (CSS, JavaScript, HTML).
Desirable: consulting work, Salesforce certifications.
