Job/Project Description – tasks to be performed on a daily basis:
As a Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, creating, evaluating, and documenting ICT solutions in new and existing ICT systems. You will play a key role in gathering requirements for process improvements and new features by engaging business users and development and testing teams. You will be responsible for writing functional specifications and solution stories from the business requirements.

Available in Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, Sydney CBD, this role offers a hybrid working arrangement.

Mandatory Requirements:
- Be an Australian citizen
- Ability to obtain and maintain baseline government or NV-1 clearance
- 2+ years of experience in system analysis or various roles within the Software Development Lifecycle
- Strong attention to detail and documentation abilities
- Experience working in Agile development environments
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, HTML, CSS, SQL, and Angular/Typescript
- Experience with version control systems such as Git
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Degree in IT / Software Engineering
- Experience working in government or public sector environment
