Our large private client requires a Perth based, experienced Change Manager to support the coordination, facilitation, scheduling and documentation of Stakeholder Impact Assessments, Training and other Change Management delivery activities for activities in the Digital Products Network Operations work stream.
In this role, you will:
Contract Term: 2 months (+ potential extensions)
Location of work: Perth, WA
Security Requirements: Due to the nature of this role, we may require a police check.

In this role, you will:
- Develop strategies to sustain change.
- Lead the design, development and implementation of a comprehensive change management plan.
- Provide coaching and support to project and program team members and stakeholders on change management initiatives.
- Work with stakeholders to establish and manage expectations and ensure plans are developed and implemented to achieve effective engagement and communication with all affected parties throughout the project
