Our Large Federal Government client has a requirement for an experienced GIS Database Manager to work under limited direction and be responsible for customer engagement, process modelling, development and documentation of functional and non-functional requirements supporting our clients system.
Skills and Knowledge:
Contract terms: 12 months with 2x 12 month extensions at our clients discretion
Security Requirements: Our client requires a minimum NV2 security clearance. A Current Top-Secret Positive Vetting (TSPV) security clearance is strongly preferred, however candidates who have held a TSPV in the previous 12-month period (which has since been downgraded) may be considered.
Candidates who currently hold an NV2 clearance level may be required to undergo the TSPV uplift process.

Skills and Knowledge:
- Demonstrated experience in the installation, configuration and support of ESRI’s Mapping and Charting Solution suite
- Demonstrated experience using ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Enterprise
- Demonstrated GIS skills and experience in management of spatial data
- Demonstrated experience to perform professional work involving a level of independence in approach, demanding a degree of originality and judgment
- Demonstrated experience administering Esri systems
- Demonstrated understanding and experience with Esri Web Services, and other related spatial services
