About the Role
We are seeking an ICT Operations Officer to join our client's team in Canberra, ACT. This contract role involves providing basic ICT end-user and operations support, including the physical deployment of ICT hardware and support for Windows desktop operating environments and Microsoft Office 365 applications.
The Successful Candidate
The ideal candidate will possess the following key skills:
Work Type: 4 Month Contract + 6 Month Extension
Location: Canberra (Bruce and Barton).
Hourly Rate: $40 Inc super
Security Requirements: To be eligible for this role, you must be an Australian Citizen, with the ability to obtain a Baseline Security Clearance.

- Level 1 Support of Windows desktop operating environments, Microsoft Office 365 applications
- Excellent communication, customer service and problem-solving skills
- Experience in Active Directory on premise and Azure AD
- Demonstrated understanding of ITIL principles
