Working to the Director and Assistant Director, the Integration Coordinator key role within an environment where specialist technical and engineering skills combine with ICT projects. The Integration Coordinator will be responsible for managing capability integration processes and frameworks to ensure that the technical deliverables are achieved across multiple internal and external programs. This will include the facilitation of business change as needed to adapt to changes in technologies, stakeholder requirements, new operating models and business processes.
Skills and Knowledge:
Contract terms: 12 months (1 July 2022 (negotiable) – 30 June 2023)
SFIA security level required: The Specified Person will be expected to demonstrate attributes of SFIA Level of Responsibility 5.
Security Requirements: Current Top-Secret Positive Vetting (TSPV) security clearance is strongly preferred, however candidates who have held a TSPV in the previous 12-month period (which has since been downgraded) may be considered.

Skills and Knowledge:
- Demonstrated Experience with Portfolio, Programme or Project Management
- Provide support and assurance to major project planning activities, including reviewing and supporting the development of key project artefacts.
- Ensure that the organisation remains equipped to effectively engage with both internal and external stakeholders and where appropriate, develop and implement recommendations to support ongoing improvements in organisational design and structure.
- Assess business impact generated by integration programs of effort which are focused on capability. Identify business and technical change required to baseline processes, systems, and structures to desired state. Communicate and shape organisational end states to structure, jobs, teams, roles and staff development needs to enable business change to the future business processes.
- Engage key internal and external stakeholders on the development of work packages to ensure project requirements align with work-plans and deliverables.
